About the Company:  BHIVE Alts is a fast growing Fintech Investment platform looking to leverage technology making investing in Commercial Real Estate accessible to retail investors and creating a family office for the top 5 % of wealthy Indians who do not have access to alternative investment opportunities. The company is in the process of closing a $1mn funding round & looking forward to high growth over the next few years.

Role Summary : The presales caller is responsible for dialing and churn leads in the system. He/She is responsible to achieve timely calling targets, maintain turnaround time, and coordinate with the sales team.

Key Deliverables :

  • Responsible for handling the customer’s inquiry and coordinating with the Sales team,
  • Follow-up with customers.
  • Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
  • Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computers.
